Do you offer a refund policy
A: Absolutely, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

What is the difference between Perfume, Eau de parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne.?
A: The difference is simply in the strength of fragrance oils, and the highest volume of strength runs in the above order. Perfume(Parfum), Eau de parfum and so on.

Why do some fragrances last longer on some people?
A: The oil concentration in our skin determines how long a fragrance will last. If you tend to have dry skin, apply a good quality moisturiser or conditioning shower gel, particularly of the same fragrance will enhance your perfume and retain your fragrance for much longer.

Where is the best place to spray my perfume.?
A: A light spray or dab behind the knees, under the breast and in the crook of your elbows along with the usual application to the wrists and neck will enhance your fragrance.

What payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept the secure and trustworthy PayPal only on our website. Credit Card Payments can be processed via Pay Pal even if you do not have a paypal account. Alternative payment process can be arranged if required please contact us at payments@dashar4perfume.com.au  and we will endeavour to assist in any way we can including arranging off-line payments if you prefer.

What are your shipping costs?
A:    All Australian products shipped via Registered Parcel Delivery, requiring signatory receipt of item, shipping charge of $9.50 for first item and $3.50 per item for additional items ordered. Please contactus@dashar4perfume.com.au for shipping of large quanties.

Shipping costs for delivery within Australia, All states is a flat rate of $9.50 via registered parcel delivery for 1 items, and only $3.50 per additional item. Delivery can be expected within 3 – 10 working days depending on your location. Please note we do not provide Express Postage for any of our items. Please allow up to 3 working days from cleared payment for your item/s to be packed and lodged for delivery.

All international customers please note we supply only within Australia.  On occasions we are able to supply some countries, however a minimum rate of $19.95 USD will apply for shipping. Please contact us for price and availabilty prior to completing your order  contactus@dashar4perfume.com

Our sister site www.perfumeessential.com that currently sevices our US clients is temporarily closed and may eventually close permenantly. Sorry for any inconvenience.  We wish to specialize at stock and supply for Australia only.

Where is my order Shipped from
A: Regardless of your geographical location within Australia all orders are processed from our own Australian distribution warehouse.

Are my items insured whilst being shipped?
A: All items are shipped via registered parcel delivery for peace of mind for us both, this includes a basic insurance coverage. This also requires signatory of receipt.

Local Delivery or Pick-Up option. AUSTRALIA ONLY.
Local Delivery or Pick-up option is available for those geographically situated and would like to organize this. Simply select the 'Local Delivery or Pick-Up' button during the checkout process to remove the shipping costs from your order.  Please note as most items are now packaged and shipped from my new distribution warehouse please allow 7 - 14 days via this method for your items to be delivered to me and available for delivery or pick-up.  There is a small handling fee payable for this service. You will be kept informed at all times of the progress of your order.


Are there any additional charges for tax.
A:GST and TAXES
All prices listed are tax inclusive, there are no additonal taxes or charges.
