Return Policy
Dashar 4 Perfume offers a full 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact us at returns@dashar4perfume.com.au, explain your reason for return and we will contact you to arrange a return code and refund your full purchase price (not shipping costs) as soon as goods are returned.

All returns must be unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip. A full refund will be issued less any shipping charges. All returns must have a return code so please ensure you contact us at returns@dashar4perfume.com.au before you send your product back to us.

Back Order Policy
From time to time some products may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, We will contact you if any or part of your order is temporarily out of stock and advise approximate delivery time. As we will also do if any item has been discontinued.

Shipping Policy
All products shipped via registered parcel delivery,  we do not offer Express Postage on any of our items. Please ensure you plan ahead and order your requirements allowing 3 - 10 business days from cleared payment before you expect your goods to arrive. This can also depend on your location.

All products shipped via Registered Parcel Delivery, requiring signatory receipt of item, shipping charge of $8.50 flat rate Australia wide for orders of single items and only additional $3.50 per item for additional items purchased. Please note we do not offer Express Post  for any of our items.  please contactus@dashar4perfume.com.au for a quote for larger quanties.

Sorry, we do not deliver internationally from this website other than USA. 

All USA customers please note US orders are packaged and shipped in the US from our US warehouse.  Order with the company that services you from your own country, no need to pay international freight charges, DaShar Internet Marketing.  We have warehouses in both Australia – www.dashar4perfume.com.au  and the USA. A Flat rate of USD $6.95 for purchases of 1 item, and only an additional $2.50 per item for additional items. purchased shipping within USA.

Local Delivery or Pick-Up option.
Local Delivery or Pick-up option is available for those geographically situated and would like to organize this. Simply select the 'Local Delivery or Pick-Up' button during the checkout process to remove the shipping costs from your order.  Please note as most items are now packaged and shipped from my new distribution warehouse please allow 7 - 14 days via this method for your items to be delivered to me and available for delivery or pick-up. You will be kept informed at all times of the progress of your order.

Damaged Goods Policy
We have an unconditional returns policy for all goods received damaged or faulty in any way. Please contact us immediately on receipt of damaged goods at returns@dashar4perfume.com.au and your item will be replaced as soon as possible.

All prices listed are tax inclusive. There are no additonal taxes or charges.
